The Upsilon Sigma Phi Alumni Association hosted the Upsilonian Noble and Outstanding (UNO) Awards last February 8, 2025 at the Goldenberg Mansion. The presitgious event was held alongside the fraternity's 20th Biennial Congress, honoring its exceptional members whose lives and legacies reflected the fraternity's values of Brotherhood, Integrity, Excellence, Leadership , and Service.
As part of the awarding ceremony, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos Jr. received the Upsilonian Noble and Outstanding (UNO) award posthumously honoring his father and namesake, the late President Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. (Upsilon Sigma Phi batch 1937) from officers of the Upsilon Sigma Phi Alumni Association (USPAA) at the Goldenberg Mansion in San Miguel, Manila Saturday afternoon. The award cited the late President Marcos’s contribution to nation building and his legacy that continues to shape the discourse on leadership and governance in the Philippines today. Accompanying the President during the event were his mother, former First Lady Imelda R. Marcos, his sister Irene Marcos Araneta, Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez (who is also an UNO awardee) and Andrew Romualdez.
